Mr. Miller has more than twenty-three years of legal experience serving the residents of Ocean County. Mr. Miller is the Municipal Court Judge for Manchester Township, Barnegat Township and
Pine Beach Borough. He was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court as Chairman of the District IIIA Ethics Committee. Mr. Miller is also a member of the Ocean County Bar Association, having served as an officer and trustee, and a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is President of the Ocean County Municipal Judges Association, and a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
